Thai Temptations: Late Night Edition
Introducing “Thai Temptations: Late Night Edition” — a weekend‑only supper experience at The Market. Perfect for concert‑goers and night owls, this special Thai‑inspired menu features desserts and charcoal‑grilled skewers. From 6 February onwards, it will be served until 2AM; on the weekends before this date, service runs until 12:30AM.
Created by Chef Jack Pinkkang, the menu spotlights authentic Thai flavours—from Mango Sticky Rice and Thai Red Ruby with Taro Ice‑cream to smoky grilled Abalone, Oyster, and Squid with four house-made sauces. You can also elevate your late‑night feast with the new Grilled Half Caribbean Lobster and Thai‑style BBQ Scallop starting 6 February.
